Catalyst+, a Canadian economic development organization, partners with The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada (APF Canada) to implement the Innovative Leadership for Equitable & Accessible Democracy (i-LEAD) project in three countries: Mongolia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

APF Canada is an independent not-for-profit organization focused on Canada’s relations with Asia, dedicated to strengthening ties between Canada and Asia through its research, education.
