Catalyste+ is a Canadian economic development organization that partners with businesses, governments, and community organizations to strengthen skills and competencies. Our mission is to increase local capacity and support inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
Through technical assistance, knowledge exchange, and partnerships, Catalyste+ helps organizations improve performance, strengthen governance, and deliver better outcomes for citizens.
The goal is to support long-term business growth and governance that fosters economic growth and strengthens local communities.

Partnership
Catalyste+ Mongolia works in partnership with central Government ministries and agencies, Governors’ Offices, and communities to introduce effective methodologies, modern systems, and international best practices. Together, we support solutions that respond to the needs and priorities of Mongolian citizens.














Our Work in Mongolia
Catalyste+ delivers Global Affairs of Canada funded two projects, namely: Canada-Mongolia Merit project (2025-2030) and Innovative Leadership for Equitable and Accessible Democracy i-LEAD in Mongolia through a coordinated Canada–Mongolia team to ensure strong alignment, seamless communication, and effective implementation.
In Canada, our team is led by the Director for International Services, who oversees overall program delivery and supports Canadian Advisors contributing to the projects.
In Mongolia, our in-country team includes a Project Director; a Government Relations Adviser, Team Leads for Results-Based Management and Gender; Specialists in Human Rights, Gender, Ethics, and Results-Based Management; a Finance Officer; a Public Relations Specialist; and Project Officers based in project provinces.
Working closely with our Canadian counterparts, the team deploys volunteer expertise, manages day-to-day operations, and ensures smooth implementation across all phases of the Canada–Mongolia Merit Project and the i-LEAD Project.
